About Jeremy
Born and raised right here in the North Okanagan, Jeremy Fleming moved to Northern Alberta in July of 1995 – as an apprentice heavy duty mechanic. He and his “bride to be” – Selina – were off to Grande Prairie so Jeremy could get RICH fixing slimy, dirty trucks and equipment in
“The Oilpatch”.
A couple of great things happened for Jeremy while living in the frozen north – first off, he was fortunate enough to be able to purchase his first home with Selina, at the ripe age of 21. This would be monumental in the creation of his future in real estate from that point forward. The second “big thing” to happen for Jeremy was the realization that working as a mechanic was not the path to riches he had imagined it to be!
Once he figured out that his “first plan” wasn’t really going to work so well (getting rich trading-hours-for-dollars), Jeremy started to look for ways to replace some of his current income – as well as ways to start building long term wealth for the future. He knew one thing at this point – and that was there WAS NO WAY he could continue in his chosen trade for the rest of his working years!
Shortly after joining the Real Estate Investment Network in 2000, Jeremy began making offers on revenue property. From that first offer till now, Jeremy has purchased 14, zero down, positive cash flow properties. To this day he still owns 10 of those units.
As an Active Investor and a Mortgage Planner, Jeremy is able to look at your long range goals and help you and your clients create a strategic plan needed to move from “one” property, to owning a portfolio of revenue properties.
Jeremy does not have the “tunnel vision” experience by a lot of “mortgage brokers” who only see your immediate financing needs at face value – and don’t understand that this next mortgage can have a negative effect on the future growth of your portfolio, if done incorrectly.
